Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center – Restless Planet Exhibit

This major renovation to the Virginia Aquarium includes a series of exhibits featuring native aquatic animals and plants to illustrate the Journey of Water as it travels through Virginia. The signature exhibit, Restless Planet, is a 10,000-sf immersive habitat that includes 6,000 new animals and educates visitors about the forces that helped shape the Virginia landscape into what it is today. The exhibit includes two science galleries, an animal interactive program, and four large ecosystems spanning the globe.
