Diversity, equity and inclusion is an ongoing process for us and we’ve always prioritized building a firm and profession that reflects the society we serve. To us, that has meant having women in leadership, partnering with MBE/WBE firms and actively engaging with young minds to spark interest in our profession so that the next generation of architects more accurately reflects our everyday world. Our DEI Committee is bringing expert voices into our conversations as we navigate charged subjects like systemic racism and our role and responsibility in confronting it. As architects, we know that a diversity of perspectives and ideas always leads to better designs. And naturally, we apply that same successful practice to the rest of our business.
