The Devonshire is a signature, premier residential tower – the first of its kind in downtown Boston– known for its enviable views, luxury appointments and concierge amenities. The building has been updated over the years to stay abreast of the market, but prior renovations never truly capitalized on the building’s unique attributes. CambridgeSeven, selected to refresh and rebrand this unique property, saw the opportunity to set it apart by highlighting these assets and treating the new redesign as a contemporary nod to Boston’s historic literary salons.
The complete renovation of the residences takes its cues from the latest in hospitality trends attuned to the regional character of Boston. From revamped layout configuration to luxury finishes and fixtures, the transformation of the units and the public areas create living spaces both intimate and grand. The redesigned lobby fosters a ‘salon’ atmosphere for private conversation, yet easily converts for larger gatherings and events. Updated spaces, either for work in the business lounge or play in the rooftop pool and fitness area, provide residents the same appointments of a luxe hotel without ever leaving home.
