Children’s Discovery Museum

CambridgeSeven’s design of China’s first purpose-built children’s museum (also the largest, with over 100,000 SF of gallery space) integrates exhibits and architecture to create a lively and engaging experience for visitors from the moment they arrive. Colorful sculpted gallery platforms are wrapped inside the undulating glass facade and offer families a range of exploration opportunities, including architectural-sized adventures in that require encourage climbing and immersive exploration. The experience is divided into two wings, that explore culture and STEM learning with topics as diverse as the local Mongolian culture, dinosaurs unearthed in the Gobi Desert, and early Chinese inventions.
